    Noreen was born and raised in Massachusetts and graduated from Boston College School of Nursing in 1979. After working in Boston, Massachusetts and Seattle, Washington for several years, Noreen joined the United States Air Force. Noreen was assigned to bases in California and Japan where she obtained experience with Gynecology Surgical Oncology and Labor and Delivery. This experience led her to pursue a career in Women’s Health.
